The Perfect Shave

Today I managed to achieve the "perfect shave". By this I mean that I seem to have succeeded at shaving my face in such a way that there are no stray hairs, or even small patches of stubble remaining. It may sound rather trivial, but I assure you it's no small feat. Shaving your face is difficult enough with all its curved surfaces, but on top of that I shave in the shower without a mirror, so it's kind of like shaving by braille. I feel around and hope that I got everything. Invariably, however, there will usually be a spot I miss, and then for the rest of the day if I run my hand over my face, I can feel the renegade stubble. The "perfect shave", on the other hand, is a thing of beauty – completely smooth skin, not a single stray hair, and no nicks. Girls love it, too.
